Building facade  and roof surveys: using aerial drones. The inspection is safer and less expensive compared with traditional scaffolding or cherry-pickers. Our drone cameras take stills up to 12Mp and video up to 4K.

Our CAA-certified (remote) pilots carry out ultra-safe inspections without the need to put surveyors on sloping roofs.

Maintenance Planning: Building owners can plan their maintenance based upon a detailed FCR (facade condition report) by our Chartered Building Surveyors. Preventative maintenance is better than emergency repairs. We can also carry out annual maintenance surveys.

3D Modelling / Digital Twin: Using photogrammetry we can produce a 3D model of an existing building, useful for facilities management, repair planning, safety assessments, data recording, etc.
